These valuations are based on detailed information provided to us by the client and our reports are prepared on the assumption of this information being true and accurate. As you would imagine our reports are limited by such assumptions and they are not suitable under all circumstances. Property, Plant and Equipment valuations done on this basis are performed on a case by case and we are happy to consider if this option may be suitable for you or your clients requirements.
